Your guests from another city, state, or even country across the world can witness your wedding day virtually via a custom Zoom experience. Isn’t that incredible?! Or, let’s say you prefer to celebrate in person with 40 guests, but still want to include your aging grandparents, your gaggle of med school friends, your sorority sisters, and your distant cousins to witness your ceremony. IDEAL FOR THE COUPLE WHO HAS THEIR VENDORS AND PLANS IN PLACE, BUT NEED SUPPORT BRINGING THE VIRTUAL COMPONENT TO LIFE.
THE TECH SIDE:
Personalized 2-hour virtual Zoom wedding for up to 300 online guests.
Dedicated “conductor” to manage all logistical components of the Zoom platform. ie. Emcee, manage slides, transition between cameras and speakers, play music, and manage breakout rooms.
(1) 1-hour+ phone planning consultation, plus unlimited email communication.
1-hour online ceremony rehearsal with couple, officiant, ceremony readers, and musician/s.
Coordination with participating vendors (Officiant, Photographer, Videographer, DJ).
Creation of detailed Zoom wedding run-of-show.
Recommendation for equipment and suggested camera setup.
Creation of custom slides to enhance guests’ online experience.
Optional custom Zoom wedding background (if you’d like to get married on mars, or the Grand Canal of Venice).

Vendor selection and contract management. Includes researching and recommending photographers, musicians, officiant, hair and makeup artists, florists, catering, etc. to curate your on-site vendor dream team.*
Creation of one custom Zoom integration experience for guests (wine seminar, musical performance, cocktail class).
Support creating your wedding stationery including vendor selection, design assistance, assembly and mailing.
Base creation of wedding website with detailed Zoom information for guests.

On-site wedding support for equipment setup and breakdown and Zoom management for wedding venues in the Boulder/Denver area.
Support obtaining marriage license. We’ll research your specific state and county requirements and help you apply successfully so that you and your Officiant are compliant.
Curated favors mailed to guest’s homes. Bring a tangible component to your wedding by delivering a surprise to your guests to help them celebrate with you!
Additional Zoom time (priced in 30-minute increments).
Guest tech support. Do you have guests who would benefit from 1:1 support to log into Zoom prior to the wedding? We’ll schedule a call and walk them through the process.
